SEA extending the life of old clothes in Malaysia and Singapore

In July 2023, the Region in SEA formed two new partnerships, dedicated to reducing fashion waste:

• Life Line Clothing Singapore, a zero waste textile recycling company
• Cloop, a local circular fashion organisation

The campaign, “Snap & Drop”, encourages customers to donate unwanted clothing and shoes, in return for a $10 cashback and place them into the Life Line or Cloop yellow bins instead of disposing them as regular trash. As of December 2023, more than 16 thousand items have been donated through this campaign from all over Singapore.
