The Fashion Transparency Index Brazil is an annual review of the largest Brazilian fashion brands and retailers. The ranking is based on the brands public disclosure on:

  • Human rights
  • Environmental practices
  • Impacts and policies in own operations and in their supply chains

Transparency is key to drive systematic change and increasingly improve social and environmental practices within their supply chains. Being transparent about these practices is equally important for consumers to make informed purchasing decisions. The LATAM business was first ranked in 2020 amongst 40 other brands and retailers reaching a rank 8 with a transparency score of 42%. The Region’s efforts improved their ranking year on year and resulted in rank 3 In Brazil in 2023.
