THE ICONIC LAUNCHES ITS FIRST “CLICK, TRY & COLLECT” INSTORE EXPERIENCE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HUBBED

For the first time, THE ICONIC customers can pick up, try-on and return orders on the spot, at the innovative space in Sydney, Australia.

Sydney, 8 November 2024  Customers of THE ICONIC will now be able to enjoy an in-store extension of the seamless online shopping experience they love. Located within the new Martin Place Metro Station in Sydney, the HUBBED concept store has been brought to life through partnerships with Australia and New Zealand’s leading fashion and lifestyle platform, THE ICONIC, and CouriersPlease. This launch expands THE ICONIC’s delivery options beyond its 5,600 existing pickup points, including 800 HUBBED locations and 4,800 Australia Post collection points.

The HUBBED X THE ICONIC concept store combines the convenience of online shopping with the practicalities of a physical store. Customers will be able to collect their order, try it on in an instore change-room and return if required, all on the spot. Additionally, customers will be able to drop off RCYCL and REWEAR satchels containing clothing for recycling or for donation to Salvos Stores, available through THE ICONIC’s RCYCL partnership, launched onsite earlier this month.

THE HUBBED concept store’s central location ensures easy access for thousands of daily commuters, providing unparalleled convenience and efficiency in collecting their online orders. 

Customers are now able to check out using the HUBBED Concept Store by selecting “Pick-Up” at the Delivery menu and selecting HUBBED Martin Place Metro. Orders will be shipped via CouriersPlease and be available for collection during HUBBED opening hours 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday. 

To celebrate, THE ICONIC is hosting two weeks of activation events at the new HUBBED store Level B3, 8-12 Castlereagh Street, NSW 2000 from Monday 5th November to Friday 15th November
